Epinephrine Auto-injector Inservice

This program has been approved for 3.0 elective
EMT-Basic CEUs by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Service Office
of EMS. The National Registry of EMTs accepts NJ EMT CEUs on a
one-for-one basis.
Description
This inservice meets the NJ state requirement to
supplement the "Epi-Pen" content for EMTs operating on a service that
carries its own supply of epinephrine for appropriate patients who do
not have their own prescribed auto-injector..
Prerequisites
The intended audience is the EMT functioning on a
service carrying it's own epinephrine auto-injector under the auspices
of the RWJUH-EMS Medical Director.
